L&YR Class 5 2-4-2T 1008 (BR 50621)

Built at Horwich Works on 28 February 1889 to an Aspinall design for the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway. 309 of this Class 2P locomotive were built, of which BR inherited 109 in 1948. No. 1008 became LMS no. 10621, and was eventually withdrawn on 30 September 1954.
