E7086, a Class 7E 25kv ac electric locomotive of Transnet Freight Rail (Spoornet at the time), basks in the winter sun at Beaconsfield - The Northern Cape's premier shed.
These locomotives took over from the mighty Class 25 & 25NC's when electrification was completed in the 1990's.
