Photographed on 22 August 2009 at the Rizhsky Vokzal railway museum in Moscow, Russia.
Power: 7,500 kW, Maximum speed: 200 km/h, Weight: 180 tonnes, Supply: 25 kV AC.
EP = Elektrovoz Passazhirskiy (Electric Passenger).
It appears that only two of these were built by Kolomna, so they were prototypes.

The Russian Kolomna factory has devised a range of electric locomotives 5 models of the WL86 2XBO-BO have been developed,of which 4 exist in prototype form.EP100 and EP101 are DC types for 2oo and 160km/h,with EP2OO and EP201 being the corresponding AC versions ,it remains to be seen whether any production versions will result, as 4 axle bogies found on these locomotives are unlikely to prove acceptable in any other part of the world.
