Photographed in the Trollhättan (Sweden) Innovatum Science Centre on 2 September 2008. This was the very first steam locomotive to be build by the Nydqvist & Holm company, founded in 1847.
This locomotive was delivered in 1865 for service between Uddevalla and Herrljunga, Sweden. It was exhibited at the great Stockholm Exhibition in 1897.
It is currently on loan to the Trollhättan Science Centre from the National Railway Museum at Gävle.
