Icons of the end of steam at York

3 (just) icons of the end of steam at the 1968 and all that exhibition at York.
Nearest is BR 9F 2-10-0 92220 Evening Star, the last locomotive built for BR.
In the centre is 7P Britannia 4-6-2 70013 Oliver Cromwell she had a share in hauling the last official BR train, "1T57" between Liverpool and Carlisle.
And just being squeezed out of shot is GWR Castle 4-6-0 7029 Clun Castle she hauled the last scheduled train out of Paddington.

Hi John!
The only times (twice) I have seen Evening Star, she was inside the hall and squeezed in between two other very large locomotives - did you manage to get a full side-on shot, if so please put it on the site! When they first began service, we trainspotters used to get as excited about them as the Gresley Pacifics!

Sorry Peter for some reason I didn't take a full side view. I have a sneaking feeling that there wasn't enough room to get one in.
I do know that she was moved on a low loader which was a question a lot of people were asking at the time. If you do a search on, I think Fotopic, there are some pics of the move.
She is about to be sent to Steam at Swindon in exchange for 6000!
