ex New York, Chicago & St. Louis Railroad (known as the NIckel Plate Road) #765 running through Allen Park Michigan in September 2015.
A 'Berkshire' type locomotive (2-8-4) completed for the Nickel Plate road in 1944 by the Lima Locomotive Works in Lima, Ohio.
Engine & tender, 802,000lbs, 44,000lbs coal, 18,000Imp gal water, speed, max: 70mph, tract. eff. 64,135ibf
Retired in 1963, she is restored and owned and operated by the Fort Wayne Railroad Historical Society (Indiana).
