No.12 Sarah Siddons
Metropolitan Electric Railway Locomotive No.12 'Sarah Siddons'. Built in 1923 for the Met Sarah Siddons was one of 20 such locos built to haul the 'Met main' services between Aldgate/Baker Street and initially Harrow and then Rickmansworth (where steam would take over for the journey beyond). Seen here at the Moorgate for the January 20th 150 year Pioneer specials.
