Panama Canal Loco. 686

This was one of the Panama Mules used to haul ships through the locks on the Panama Canal. Built by General Electric in 1914 and sent to Panama, where it worked until 1972.
Brought back to the US it was placed on display at the Virginia Transport Museum. Seen on 19th June 2012
