Can't make out the name but it was taken at Castletown in 1998.

Co-ed note - The number on the chimney looks as though it might be 10 which would make the name G H Wood. That could be possible. John

The name looks to me to be 'Sutherland', which would mean the number is 1

I think this is Port Erwin not Castletown.
