Derby dmu on Scotter Road Viaduct, Scunthorpe

This section is all that remains of a very long viaduct built by take the line from the Trent valley at Gunness up to the top of the scarp slope at Scunthorpe. Built by The Trent, Ancholme and Grimsby Railway to serve the expanding ironstone mines and iron works. August 1980.
