ESCAPE FROM BARRY

A recent escapee from Barry in 1980 was 48624,the only surviving Southern built example of the LMS Stanier Class 8F 2-8-0. Seen here at the Peak Railway's original Buxton headquarters. She finally made her debut in 2009 in a ficticious LMS crimson livery.
